The worst experience ever after coming here for about a year. My gf and I were ignored by entire staff with next to no customers and all the staff in the express area, which I'm not sure what that area is for? I placed a simple order for pickup and had to return a cartridge 2 times because of being defective. Waited too long for both returns. I had returned a broken cartridge months ago and did not have this problem. Not sure if management changed, but I don't want to come back here anymore after today. I felt very unwelcome. I don't want to even support cannabis anymore as it's being destroyed by the federal government like everything else. The tax alone is killing me in California. Who knows what's really in these products anyhow? Pretty concerning to me.
